I have the normal condiments. I also have the necessary foods (milk and eggs). In one fridge I keep all the soda, water and juices. In that freezer, I have all the frozen junk foods (burritos, pizza rolls, spring rolls and stuff like that) and ICE CREAM!
In the other fridge, I keep the milk, eggs and jams, tortillas (my husband is Mexican). He just got back from out of town yesterday and stopped by Casa de Fruta so we have artichokes, grapes, peppers, brussel sprouts (yes, I love them) and the regular, tomatoes, onions...
In that freezer, I keep the meats and frozen veggies, bacon, sausage, chorizo and regular meal food stuffs.
Grocery shopping is my thing! When we bought this house, that was one of my demands - 2 FRIDGES!!

Beer. And one bottle of Shiraz, for company. A small brisket for tomorrow, a boneless chicken breast I might cook for me in a minute, 2 1/2 lbs of ground beef, half an apple brown betty which might be dinner instead, condiments, a bowl of jello I just made for tomorrow, and more beer.

I would say it breaks down to about 50% things it's okay for me to eat, 40% things I shouldn't be, and 10% odds and ends (condiments, a huge bag of soy sauce, duck sauce, Chinese hot mustard and fortune cookies from a gazillion take-out delivery orders, etc.)

Mice. Lots and lots of mice and the usual supply of great condiments to season them with. I can't have tasteless everyday rodents.
