Pencil lead that will not break?

I'm using 0.9 hb right now. Is there anything better?

I'm doing mostly math, numbers.

I use mechanical pencils.

Go for H and 2H+ pencils if you want something pretty hard. They are good for hard lines and strength. If you want to do anyhitng with shading you'll have to be amazingly patient or use B pencils that can blur and get deep dark tones.

any "HB" -etc, but those are too hard,-I use those to sketch out a picture, my favorite is "2B" (It's black but not too soft) 4B is good but be gentle I don't use 6B that much.
