OMG, see kids this is a good example of why you should not drink . the only thing i can think of is go in another room and stay out his way or look at him crazy to make him feel funny, however some drunks don't like people looking at them .

Seriously I've tried all kinds of things to shut drunks up, but to no avail.
Wal-Mart sells ear plugs, same isle as the condoms (what do you suppose is the connection there?)
