What did the judge TELL you to do?
If you were court-ordered to go to classes, and didnt, then you are in violation of the court order. Maybe no one has caught it yet - so there is no active warrent - and maybe they issued the warrent 7 years ago but they just didnt feel like going to your house to bust you (most drunk drivers find themselves with the police again pretty soon all on their own).
So get your court papers out (you saved them, didnt you?) and find out. If you are in violation then get a lawyer to take care of it and get it resolved. Else it can rise up to bite you just when you really dont want it to.
Good Luck!

As they say if you were in Illinois it would be a cold day in well you know. All fines, classes and whatever else they ask must be completed before ever getting a D/L again. I am not sure about warrants I do know there is a life span. However if you get caught driving anything you will more than likely do jail time.

If you got it, and you were sentenced to do the classes, and pay fines....you most definitely have a warrant. The only way to get out of it is to turn yourself in. Why didn't you just take care of the classes before? Sounds like you're in deep. Sorry, just being honest.

They would not have let you out of jail if you still had a warrant pending.
The state will not allow you to reinstate your license until you complete the classes. Ever.

There is probably a warrant issued. Most likely it is active in the county where you were arrested, as well as any connecting counties. You will probably need to pay your fines before they will give you a license.

You have not paid your debt to society and are ineligible to receive a driver's license until you do. I would have to assume that there is a bench warrant out for you.

Einstein....you got arrested back even as on probation. That turns right into a criminal in maximum states (parole violation). you want to straighten it out in KS. And stay out of worry.
