Personally I'm sick and tired of bands like Simple Plan and Three Days Grace, yeah maybe they have one good song.

But there are some excellent bands out their who don't get the credit they deserve.
For example The Dandy Warhols. How many of you have actually heard of them? maybe 5/12 people.
Bands like Blur and EELS should be played more often.
Nine inch nails.. theyre one of my favorite bands, and I mean they are played a little, but no where near enough.

What would you rather hear more of, Blur and the EELS or Simple Plan and Three Days Grace.

(I want dead honest opinions.)

I've been a fan of Simple Plan and Three Days Grace for as long as I can remember.
I still enjoy listening to their music and know just about every word to every song..
So of course I will pick them over 'Blur' and 'EELS.'

Of course I'd rather hear the stuff that gets played on it's own merit, not because it fits into a certain formula. The Eels are fantastic, however you can keep the Dandys. Living in Portland, I find them to be the most overhyped pieces of crap to come from this city (and there's a few). I really wish Anton Newcombe would have beat Courtney Taylor into oblivion. Along with the Eels, throw in some Sigur Ros, Explosions in the Sky, and The Thermals.

I like Three Days Grace, I've never heard of Blur or the EELS before, and I'm not a fan of simple plan.

first of all simple plan and three days grace should NOT be even in the same category....three days grace is an incredible alt. metal/ rock band for god sakes....simple plan is a stupid girly group who arent even rly aroung anymore...they are not rock music....i like three days grace and other bands that many people have not heard of....i just dont understand how three days grace and simple plan could even be compared...also more they have more than one good song....at least tdg does...simple plan is another story
