They clean the same. Obviously, one is liquid the other a powder. I prefer the liquid because I sneeze from the powder that gets into the air while pouring. When adding to the machine, always mix it in with the water instead of dumping directly on the clothes. It may bleach the clothes if it comes directly in contact with clothes.

I have personally gone ORGANIC with my laundry soap. Which SOUNDS expensive but it’s not. I got a dry soap powder for like $10 (80 loads) from www.SANDYCREEKSOAP.etsy.com and can I tell you IT’S AWESOME!!!! You barely need a teaspoon for a FULL load! And it’s works on whites, colors, STAINS... and it’s BABY SAFE! I just bought some for a friends baby shower, and they LOVE it! You can but different scents like lavender, lemon, etc. They also include directions on how to use the soap for a basic cleaning solution. I put it in a spray bottle and clean my WHOLE house with it!!! It’s great, just thought I would share this too (which is WHY I switched from store bought detergent to ORGANIC)....

I was diagnosed with rosaceae (red splotches) and suffered with it for years - under a Dr’s care...
I was told SOAPS (or what was in them rather) was creating my skin problems. I suffered with it for years until I took heed and listened. I bought their facial tea tree oil soap and their laundry detergent... and can I tell you - My life has changed!

What you need is HANDMADE or hand-milled soap made the old fashion way. Their soaps have GLYCERIN in them (a natural moisture retainer). In STORE bought soap glycerin is sold for profit and replaced with a chemical called sodium lauryl sulfate to add lather which is listed in the encyclopedia as a skin IRRITANT. I know, I couldn’t believe it either, but look it up! This chemical is found in 98% of ALL STORE bought soaps. SCARY, HU? READ THE BACK! (Even the ones claiming to be natural or clean). BUT the soaps at SANDY CREEK SOAP COMPANY are organic, natural AND eco friendly.

Really, if you are having ANY type of skin problems I urge you to try it! I tell everyone I know about them. They are awesome and VERY helpful with questions.... www.SANDYCREEKSOAP.etsy.com ..... And best of all they are CHEAP! Hope this helped....

They clean the same...powder works best in larger machines, when used in smaller machines, it tends to clump up. I think powder last longer though, in my opinion.

no,
liquid, is mixed with a suspension agent,
powder is a dry mix, liquid is better, wont clog up your mach, or form a crust, in mach.
