UC Berkeley for undergrad engineering. U of Illinois at Urbana for grad school in engineering. UCLA for the MBA.
All three are excellent universities, but the real "college experience" is your undergrad. Berkeley was phenomenal. Amazing location, brilliant people, and the best education in the world. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

The University of Tennessee at Knoxville for my BS.
I am currently at Auburn University for my MS.
The college you choose depends entirely on a) what you want to do and b) how you feel about the people/profs you will be with for the next 4 years. The only solution: Go visit them. Don;t worry about location or cost. I know its expensive and tough to be far away (TRUST ME I KNOW) but you have to find the best place for YOU so you have to look high and low.

I'm going to Monroe Community College. No matter what your major, I think it would be wise to go to a community college that offers a 2+2 program. That way, you can pay less for you general studies, and transfer the credits to a college that suits you major better.

I work helping kids choose and apply to college.
I would suggest you first start with college matchmaker to find a good fit for you. Go to www.collegeboard.com. Click on "For Students" then "Find a College", then "College Search", then "College Matchmaker".
After you find the colleges that fit your criteria check them out at www.campustours.com.
After that, check to see what other students thought of that school at www. studentsreview.com.
These site will help you really narrow it down to what schools you might choose to apply to.
