Because they are not normal donuts. They are fried biscuits that dusted with sugar. They are very good hot but I think the reason they sell them is because it is different and maybe unique to the Chinese-American culture. I mean I don't see other places selling them.

I have only seen one Chinese fast food place that does that, the rest of them only sell Chinese food.

actualy i have notised that too lately and i think the reason is thet many people like donuts so they are starting to sell donuts to get more money
