do they tear everything down so it's a regular apartment?...what happens?

I can't recall if it was ANTM or Project Runway that has a credit to a property management company.
To house all those people, I find it hard to believe it is a regular apartment. Seems like a space designed for the show, then torn down.

It's a sound stage most likely.
It will be torn down after the show.
Don't believe it's a real apartment.
If it is, then it goes back to the owner after the show is over.
Studio's rent out people's homes all the time to do these shows.

I don't think they use real apartments for reality shows. I think they use soundstages, in which case they would take everything down after the show is done filming.
