Nature doesn't create: nature changes. Nature recycles.
And beauty is totally subjective.... and a vague notion at best. What I consider most beautiful now is entirely different not only to what any other person might consider most beautiful now...... but also to what I might consider most beautiful tomorrow...
So for the sake of an arbitrary answer...
.... The most beautiful thing nature ever created is the Surinam Toad.
