What you need to do is wet your finger and smear it into some eyeshadows ( red.orange,yellow,green,blue,purple...ect) Then apply them to your lips in the order ou want them. if you want u can use some chapstick before to get soft smooth lips and then after apply clear gloss to give it that shiny look.
The thing is those pics are obviously photoshopped so your lips will not look as good as the ones in the pic and will mst likely combine together but will still look cool.

They did that on photoshop...
Put the different colors you want on your lips with eyeshadow, and then apply a clear lip gloss to achieve the look in the first picture.

You can try and smear different metallic colors onto your lips. However, these pictures are obviously photoshopped, which means they don't look exactly like on the pictures.

get it done at a salon cause they probably did that on photoshop and y would u want ur lips like that? its sooooo ugly if i saw someone with those i would laugh:] :D
