Iraqi investigators have a videotape that shows Blackwater USA guards opened fire against civilians without provocation in an incident last week in which 11 people died, a senior Iraqi official said Saturday. He said the case was referred to the Iraqi judiciary.

Iraq's president, meanwhile, demanded that the Americans release an Iranian arrested this week on suspicion of smuggling weapons to Shiite militias. The demand adds new strains to U.S.-Iraqi relations only days before a meeting between President Bush and Iraq's Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.

Interior Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Abdul-Karim Khalaf said Iraqi authorities had completed an investigation into the Sept. 16 shooting in Nisoor Square in western Baghdad and concluded that Blackwater guards were responsible for the deaths.

He told The Associated Press that the conclusion was based on witness statements as well as videotape shot by cameras at the nearby headquarters of the national police command.

Here is what the US has done regarding Iraq.

1.It violated Iraq's sovereinty

2.It decided to wage an ILLEGAL war against Iraq.

3.It told the American people and the world a pack of filthy lies to justify it's crime against humanity.

4.This US atrocity has so far resulted in the slaughter of over 400,000 innocent Iraqis civilians.

5.The US has turned a TERRORIST FREE zone in Iraq into a terrorist haven/magnet

6.By claiming GOD approved his filthy war in Iraq,Bush has so JUSTIFIABLY riled Muslims around the world that Al Qaeda's membership has soared.

7.Bush and the US has made the world one hell of a lot less safe from terrorism than before 9/11 and while I realize you Americans don't give a crap about anybody else but yourselves ,citizens of Spain,Britain ,Bali etc can attest to have more un-safe from terrorism the world is because of YOUR FRIGGIN ATROCITY IN IRAQ.

8.Bush/Gonzales screwed around with the Geneva Convention on Prisoner treatment and left the military and certainly the troops on the ground without a clear order on prisoner treatment that resulted in the US killing dozens of prisoners and torturing thousands.

9.Bush has destroyed for ever the high respect that the world HAD for the us AND NOW THE VAST MAJORITY OF HUMANS WORLDWILD EITHER DIS-LIKE OR HATE AMERICANS.

Given all the above, and given the absolutely un=-believable corruption and the huge disappearance of literally hundreds of millions of dollars surrounding Iraq ,the US ORDERING THE IRAQ GOVERNMENT TO SHUT IT'S BLOODY MOUTH AND DO AS CONDI TELLS THEM IS A MINOR FACT.

In fact, the US wants al-Maliki and his SHIA "DEMOCRATIC" government to fail .

Blackwater has billions of $ in contracts for work in Iraq.
They are also under investigation for selling weapons to the enemy. I have a feeling this is not over yet even though Blackwater is still there at this point. I wonder what kind of background checks they do on their people. Iraq's government needs to get it together so we can get out of there.

Let's see some sovereignty first.
As long as the US occupies and controls the government of Iraq, not much is going to happen. Iraqis have to come to some kind of political reconcilliation first among themselves. I can' t see how the US is helping.

under the contract, in the event that they kill harmless civilians, they are going to be stated on homicide costs... that's why we had to tug out our troops, via fact they have been confronted with an identical threat

As a sovereign nation they should take this to the U.N..

If the U.N. does nothing to stop it I guess you know who runs the U.N.
