I tell my cousins that all the time. I have one cousin who is like a sister to me. Our family is very loving and we say it a lot. Now, if you're talking about something more than familial love, then I would have to set him/her straight.

Well, if she was , like a 3rd cousin, right about now, I might just consider it ! Things here are in the tank ! But, I'd have to be divorced first, and right now, that is not good timing !

Since the only cousin I vaguely know ( but never met) is a straight female like I am, I'd call our local Mental Health Clinic. Either for her or for myself, because I don't know if she is still living.
