86 ford pickup altinator wont charge?

i have replaced alinator,votage regulator,battery,completely rewired everything from the altinator up and it still wont charge any ideas?

You have an external voltage regulator ?? I thought those went away years ago, Better check your alt. If it has an internal regulator, as most do, then you got two hooked up.

Check for a bad ground connection, particularly where the negative battery cable connects to the engine and or the chassis. Also check the ground cable , it might be bad without looking too bad on the outside.
