I like the quality and the style in Next and Principles. I never see anything I like in H & M. My daughter (15) loves New Look and I think their prices are really good. Primark has a lot of tat but their prices are so low, if you do see something you like you can afford to buy it, wear it a couple of times and bin it. (I think their good for cheap clothes to take on holiday). I quite like River Island, but they are a bit pricey. I think M&S wins hands down on customer service, they seem to have a lot of ladies who have worked their a long time and really know what to suggest and who also care about the customers.

I love Primark when buying for my grandchildren.I can have loads of things cheap and they don't have to worry about them so much as when they are dressed up in they're more expensive ones. For myself I love D Perkins for my trousers and love most of the others for tops etc.

Next it is everything. Exeltant servise, lots of choice, very good quilty and it has indivduatlity too.

Best of all it isn't that expensive these days either. They are sometimes cheaper than new look, top shop etc. The colours stay the same as when you brought it in the shop. Their sizes are good too as they are an average sizes that women, men and kids are.

TOPSHOP!!! sometimes its a bit pricey, but quality clothes.

New look is good for cheap stuff but i find the quality is often lacking, especially in the stitching.

I like Tophop (London Oxford Street - cant beat it). Probably best for originality.
H&M is cool, it's like Ikea for clothes! Although the quality is crap.
