I have pictures to show this kind of action is unneccesary but i want to know should I loose and cannt pay for all these things, what will happen? dont want to ruin my good credit. What can I do? its so unfair.

Yes, but only after court and only after you don't pay the judgement. If you lose, work out a payment plan.

Yes, if the landlord (not the renter) wins the case and gets a judgement, it may eventually wind up on your credit report if not paid.

Did you do an initial walk thru with the landlord noting the condition of things? If so, the pictures and the written walkthru notes will be your defense.

I've been on the landlord's side of this one time, where a tenant trashed the place. I did the same as you, I went in with pictures of damage that could only be caused by abuse, like toilet seat broken off, holes in wall, hole in carpet, etc. The judge ruled in my favor because of that.

Those pictures will be powerful evidence if they show everything is in good shape.

Most apartment managers do this to keep the damage deposit. They can not claim damages for normal wear and tear of living there. If the damages were caused by you or someone you had in the apartment with you as a guest then they can sue you for damages and YES they can report it to the credit services. But seldom ever do.

OK , stop with the obsessing about worst case scenario .
That can make a person nuts .
Go to court realizing it can go either way ,
But , just present your case as best you can & pray for a good judge .

You can't change reality by getting wiggy over worst case ,
In fact , it may mess you up because instead of presenting your good evidence ,
You are too busy spinning your wheels about the worst case " what if " .

Chill . . .

i suggest you see the citizens advice bureau. If the renting company is making false statements to obtain money from you i.e. claiming you have damaged carpets etc, contact trading standards-- through your local council.
