Will A Reaction Take Place (Ochem Question)?? (Check/Correct My Work)?

Q: C6H5-NH2 + C6H5-OH <-----> C6H5-NH3(+) + C6H5-O(-)

pka of C6H5-OH = 10
pka of C6H5-NH3(+) = 4.6

A: I have determined that the answer is No (a reaction will not take place).. However, I have no clue why...Can someone explain it to me. Thanks!

An equilibrium lies on the side away from the stronger acid. This is on the left, therefore no reaction left to right will take place.
