Has anyone spoken to the DEAD???

Hi. I am a total believer in the after life. I was just wondering if anyone has actually spoken to a dead person. Either a relative or just a paranormal entity??
Honest answers please and no *** Holes!!!

we lived in a haunted house when i was growing up. There was an old man who didn't know he had died and in the back yard a couple of kids who were dead used to play and one time before i knew they were ghosts my sister and i played with them--right when we moved in. When we found out they were not alive people we still wanted to play but they wouldn't play with us anymore. There was also a mean ghost who hung out in my sister's bedroom closet and the bathroom and hallway area. He used to pinch her while she was sleeping and laugh about it. We heard him laughing often. The old guy finally realized he was dead because I kept telling him to head for the light and not too long before i left the house he did. I've seen ghosts all my life. When I was 16 my grandpa died and came to tell me good-bye. When i was 22 a friend of mine killed himself and a couple weeks later he showed up and i saw him occasionally for a good ten years. My first husband's grandmother took a liking to me and visit me when she died, too. I also see people i don't know here and there, i'd have to say i'll see a spirit once or twice a month, but don't always get to talk to them. Some people have told me i should try being a medium but I said I didn't really want to for the same reason i don't want to be a psychiatrist--you'd get stressed out always having to listen to other people's problems all the time.

Actually, I think you mean 'have you ever spoken to the spirit of a dead person', right? If so, then the answer is yes. It is only yes, however, when one approaches me first. This is a gift that is passed down through a bloodline. Sometimes spirits need to get messages to the living and sometimes they just need to get justice. Either way, if they can't approach the person they need to directly, they approach a person who can see and hear them. Most people think the television show "Medium" is hokey, but I am here to tell you that it is not. What she sees and hears are true, but not exactly how I experience it.

It's not so much I speak to them; they speak to me. Nothing I have any control over. Usually, it's not someone I know. Sometimes it's animals. And yes, Alison Dubois is no hoax. She's very much a medium. Sometimes she gets upset because of the stuff they put on the tv show. But they have to embellish it some. After all, they want to make money. And she gets upset when they change or distort things for that purpose. But she is very real, and very likeable. And no, her real daughters' names are not Bridgette, Ariel and Marie.

i had a dream three nights in a row that my "brother" had died - over a woman. The woman was not his. I would wake up and wonder why I kept dreaming this dream for my brother was married and not the cheating type. Why were they telling me in the dream that I would no longer be seeing him and it was all over a woman. Three nights i had this dream. On the third day, I got a phone call from my best girlfriend telling me my best friend who I had not spoken to (I went to rehab and it was in my best interests not to hang with my old party buddies) in months was dead - killed over a woman. Next time I had the dream, i said, "Okay, I got it - you are dead. Leave me alone." and he has not been back since.

i am not a medium but i have had experiences. i am EXTREMELY sceptical and my mothers sister (who died 7 years before i was born) kept popping into my head on occasion. i do meditate alot and on 1 meditation i saw my aunt pass by. i asked her how i could explain to my mom, that i was not a nutter and prove i had seen her. she then lifted up her hair and pointed to the back of her neck. i told my mom who broke down in tears. the spot she had pointed to was where her birth mark was. my mom is a believer but i am still iffy about it all. i think i feel the dead, if i am upset or really happy i will get 'the willies' and feel really calm. x

Yes. I also give medium readings every now and then. I lived in a haunted house until we were forced to move from it. Most people think that their house is haunted, but it's really them! We all have loved ones come back and talk to us all the time. They just want to get our attention to tell us that they're ok and that they love us.

Yes quite a few and they are not dead but very much alive. They are in the spirit world
and are free from any more suffering and happy, and know what is going in your life.

I am aware of dead relatives all the time. I talk to them and they don't answer back !(unlike the kids!)My granddaughter,23, was only a toddler when my dad died but she often says she knows he's around her because she can smell his tobacco.
