I bought a Toshiba laptop last week from Best Buy. I am experiencing a strange problem with the internet screens minimizing constantly. I took it in to BB and they reinstalled the internet 7.0, thinking it was the internet. Well, I am still experiencing this problem and it is terrible. The screens are minimizing constantly. Maybe I am not using the mouse correctly? It doesn't seem to matter if I am clicking on the scroll bar or even a link in the middle of the page. The whole page closes, and is on the bottom. What is going on here???? I can't get any work done, it is so bad. PLEASE any suggestions?????????????????

Try using just the touchpad or a different mouse. If this does not work, reinstall OS. If problem persists, have the laptop replaced. It's probably a hardware problem.

Ok there could be a number of reasons for this, I doubt its hardware related. First being install firefox internet browser and see if you have the same problem. If you don't have the same problem you know its something to do with IE.

Second I know it's a new laptop but run a full virus and anti spyware scan. The last thing you want to do is have to reinstall the operating system.

Has this problem been happening from the first time you used internet explorer? Also make sure your computer has all the latest Microsoft updates. I can say I have never experienced this issue with internet explorer.

I hope my help fix's your problem, good luck.

i might look at 2 issues: it particularly is a cooling or cpu fan going out or caked with airborne dirt and dust no longer functioning properly and inflicting the workstation to overheat and freeze up. i might advise a radical cleansing - consistent with probability by utilising a professinal. The confusingpersistent must be the source of the noise. lower back up your information as quickly as attainable. in spite of everything, your workstation demands instantaneous interest.

I think you should return it....

I once bought a toshiba laptop and it was horrible too. It wouldn't turn on and it just wasn't working.

I know i would return it... if it was possible.
