i want to target hispanics for my store in my area. tell me anything you think could help on the business side for me.

Beside the obvious (speaking Spanish, different tastes in food, etc.), the best place to check would be is to see of there is an Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in the area. If so, join it. There's one in my city.
