a D.W.I./ D.U.I. charge (im in NC), or until theyve been acquitted because its such a serious charge if the company does they can be charged a $10,000.00 fine, Ive surfed the net and havent found anything to back this up if any1 knows please let me know or let me know where I can find this info thanks in advance

You can't find it because it is not a law. It is part of a contract signed between the company using the security and the security company itself.
