2004. Just an all around amazing rumble with some great moments and wrestler, culminating with Benoit winning the whole thing, who I was a huge fan of at the time.
1992 also. A Royal Rumble with some great stories told, great execution, and a great ending with Ric Flair winning the world title.

2004 when Benoit won the WHC at wrestlemania 20 and the 2007 royal rumble with the Undertaker also winning at WM23 I was there to see it.
