I would like to interview my dad, he died when I was 3. I know so little about him-who he really was. I'd like to know his thoughts, hopes, dreams. I'd try to find out what my sister and I meant to him and what he wanted for our lives.

My answer will probably upset a lot of people. But, it is based on rumors concerning the man which have circulated for decades and grew in intensity once we got a handle on the disease he was supposed to have. The man would be Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The question would be:
"Were you ever clinically diagnosed with polio, including laboratory tests showing the presence of the polio virus in your body?".
I would ask that question because lingering doubts have surfaced that FDR really was afflicated with what is called "conversion hysteria", in which the mental pressures on a human being are so unbearable that his brain tells his limbs and other body part that they are no longer working.
Probably the most recognizable victim of conversion hysteria was the late Ray Charles. After witnessing his brother drown, Ray could no longer see. No physical reason for his blindness.

I'd like to interview the Apostle Peter of the Bible. He knew so much about spiritual things, he saw Moses and Elijah, and walked on the water. How did that feel?
If I must choose be a living person I'd choose Robert DeNiro. I so much admire his acting skill and his personal life is mysterious and guarded.
Now, those guys are from two opposite ends of the spectrum!

I would like to interview Beethoven. His mind was so filled with beautiful music. I would ask him about his childhood and what brought about the sad memories he had.
I guess I would like to interview a lot of people who have passed on.
Ghandi would be another one I would like to interview. I would want to know how he managed to accomplish peace by fasting
Paul in the bible would be another. I would ask him how he felt when that light blinded him.

Jesus, Gandhi, Julius Caesar, Ramses the Pharaoh, Oh so many but funny enough the first person that entered my mind was:
Hitler and I would ask him why he hated the Jews so much he felt the need to try and commit genocide against them.
Weird but that was my immediate thought. I am a strange one eh!!!

I would like to interview Sir Winston Churchill,(1874-1965). He was an amazing man, who held Britain together during World War II. He wrote volumes, painted, built walls and rockeries, was Lord of the Admiralty and twice Prime Minister. Anyone who would say, "All babies look like me, and I look like all babies", must have a sense of humor. I remember when he died, sad to say.

I would love to interview G. W. Bush.
I would ask him how he as been able to deal with the disrespect and jokes, from the very people whom he has tried to protect?
No matter anyone's mistakes, we are all human and I think it a disgrace to show the world much distaste for any of our presidents! "United we stand?" NOT!
