I will bet you money that it is fake. First off sanDisk memory or any memory is a high risk fraud item. Meaning that it is commonly counterfeited. Since most of these products are shipped directly from Hong Kong and/or China it is hard to take recourse directly against a seller. If you paid via paypal put your claim in NOW. I would read the seller's feedback as well. Depending on when you sent payment Paypal may or may not investigate the claim. If there is enough complaints they may honor the claim. Take any additional steps to prove authenticity, but from my vast experience with dealing with high risk items I am pushing all in and can honestly say based on the information you provided that the item is 99.99% fake.
