i have to write a story for english..i need the start of it in on monday..any ideas of what i could write about but would be quite easy but descriptive to write?

write about something you are interested in or passionate about.
do you play a certain sport?
has anything out of the ordinary ever happened to you?
did anyone in your family do something worth writing about?
there are so many possibilities, it doesn't have to be something boring.
have some fun with it.

I always find the best way to write a short story is write a brief first just a few lines start middle end and the rest is much easier to fill in.
Characters with short story normal two characters is enough or just one when it is as long as you have to many characters will be to much writing.
plot what it is going to be about now here is where imagination can work overtime.
Did you know that many books and films are repeated stories like Romeo and Juliet but just changed to suit times it is in.
plucking something that has happened to you is a good start and use your imagination to elaborate.

If it can be about anything you want, how about someone getting lost in a woods on a walk, can descrive quite easily the woods and the fear they feel, then the joy when they get out safe (if they do!) etc. Easy to write that kind of thing and make as descriptive as you want!

How about writing a paper on the sounds you hear on your way to school, or as you walk in the park. Its an easy paper to write, because you can compare, contrast, and use alot of discription for every sound. "the tires on the road thumped with a steady beat" "the dog barking in the yard had a high pitched sound that seemed to run though my whole body".

Depends on what type of story it is.
Example: Short Story, Novel Story, etc.
But I would go with something creative like a murder or a detective case of some sort. Just make sure it's not cheesy.

The best way to write a story is to imagine. Imagine whatever you find best, Romance, friendship, Sacrifice, Motivation, Success, Visualise it , write it, edit it and present it. First start to dream it.

Write about something you know alot about. Like a sport or past time you do. That way you will have plenty of information about it already.
Put in a 'situation' and a couple of characters ....... away you go.

About an animal that was lost at sea and was looking for his parents and in the midst of all that searching he comes across several characters some dangerous, some nice.

i think you should write about a murder and like write the stoy as if the dead persons telling it after they have died
make the murder intresting
and then let the victim fo the murder watch from heaven about how the murderer either does or doestn get found out

just write about some accident or a house on fire or a visit ot somewhere or write about tha party u attend
