hi dear............ there is so many ways to protect your self, first you have to know from whom you want protecting,
are you afraid from
1. Dark, then use candles light, or Tourch,
2.from your boy friend, use condom, keep always with you in your valet,
3.from theft, don't keep lot of money in your valet,
4.terrorist attack, don't' keep relation with Jewish ,
5.a car accident, drive carefully and obey the terrific rules,
6.plan crash, pry to GOD from your heat, it will not happened.
