It's all part of a storyline. He is fine.I just read Raw Spoilers and it said that krystal may be coming to Raw to be with her real life boyfriend Bobby Lashley.Wow! You learn something new everyday. Have a good evening.

Nothing.... It's just a storyline and I thought it was funny on how he fell and how Krystal acted afterward. I'm not sure where they're going with it.
In the past, a storyline idea was for Vickie to get Teddy fired as GM of SD and for her to take his place. However, she can't always be there... yes, she seen on SD every week, however, she still has her daughters to take care of and she's not able to do house shows.
Teddy is a great GM and that's why he's still GM since he first took on the storyline position. It's also a reason why all attempts to get him "fired" failed.
Too add... Krystal is actually dating Bobby Lashley. They had it made when Lashley was on ECW because, they had the same schedules and were able to travel together. Now that Lashley is on Raw, it put a damper on their relationship and the same goes with Melina and John Morrison.
I've read from an online wrestling news site that the WWE is planning to move Krystal to Raw. Since last SD, this could be the reason for the move.
Lastly, I haven't read anything about Teddy's contract. So I don't know if it is or going to expire. Regardless, I feel that he'll renew his contract when the time comes. As for now, I see it as a reason for him to take time off.

The storyline was to have Teddy Long have a wedding with Krystal Marshall, but what continued to do is to expand the Mcmahon-Hornswoggle storyline. Teddy Long is fine, is was just a scheme, but maybe expect Krystal and Vickie taking over Smackdown (from wrestling news companies online.) Also people are thinking that Long's contract is expired, which it is, but WWE is planning on the renew it son, becuase they think he fits the general manager of smackdown slot.

He faked a heart attack in the middle of the ring before he could say "I do". It was so fake. It doesn't happen THAT fast. It takes more than 2 seconds for all that to suddenly happen. What are the odds that that would at that very second anyway. You can tell it's fake.
Either that or Teddy took sleeping pills earlier and pretended to have a heart attack so he could make out with Krystal in his blissful dreams before actually doing it later.

He's currently thuggin' and buggin' in the hospital after the "heart attack" he had on Smackdown.
