I am about 140 pounds and I would like to get into better shape. I do strength training 2 - 3 times a week, Pilaties 1 to 3 times a week and Tae Kwon Do up to twice a week, and 4 half hour ab workouts a week. I do not have a six pack (or much definition in the abs). My muscles are starting to get bigger more defined.

rest b/w those workouts.

plus eat a healthy balanced diet...no fats.

stay away from trans fats.

Start each day with a big breakfast like oats, yogurt, toast with a vegetable spread, orange juice, so that you have a lot of energy to burn. As the day goes on, drink instead of eating when you feel like a snack and your stomach will be happy with liquid instead of solids. Eat a good lunch and a lighter evening meal, but keep drinking when you feel like snacking, - good energy drinks include orange juice and smoothies. It sounds like you're on your way.
