There are 3 stable isotopes with 16 neutrons:
Silicium 30, Phosphorus 31 and Sulfur 32.

There are no stable isotopes with 19 neutrons, but 3 have half life that is measurable: Sulfur 35, Chlorine 36 and Argon 37. Chlorine 36 is the most stable of those with a half life that reaches 300000 years.
