Extracting a mod for TESIV: Oblivion....7z file?

I just downloaded a bunch of mods, but I don't know how to make them work. They are all 7z files, I'm not sure how to extract these and make them work. I only know how to use zip and rar files. Any help would be appreciated.

As the guy above says they're 7Zip archives so you need that software.

A great site for finding out what software to use to open files is FILExt here: http://www.filext.com/

Just type the extension into the search box and it will tell you what they are and offer links to software that can open them.
