Hey no shame to my game! I'd like to kick Jessica's @ss (this chick I work with) for talking $hit behind my back! She thinks she's all that since she got a promotion which in my book she did not deserve. She only worked for the Company for 6 mnths. and browned nose herself to a higher level, when I was the one who helped her learn the damn job, she's acting like she did it all by herself and talking smack! The stank BYATCH!
Whew! I needed to get that off my chest. Thanks. hehe

There are always consequences. I've found that anyone that tries to upset you and make you want to "kick it" is not very happy. Whether it was folks cheating on tests in school or bullys, they were unhappy is the long run. I remember a girl acting like she would get back with her husband if he painted her house, but she was seeing another guy. She married the guy and they ain't very happy now. Another time I had a sales manager that got mad at one of my partners who was 38-0 in non professional boxing and he told us to leave the meeting so he could have a talk with Andre, I would not leave as I knew he would end up on the floor. At the time I would not have minded him getting punched out, but glad I stopped it. He was a converted renagade and now a renegade self procliamed sales manager and minister and would fire someone at the drop of the hat. He used to tell me that the owner tought they had made a mistake hiring me, well the deal was we sold advertising on cable networks and started in the fourth quarter after everyone had spent their budgets, but I knew it only 50% of the people they said they would buy from me in the first quarter did I would have more than double on the books than any other sales person in the entire company (four state area) and that is what happened. Then I because his "darling", but I did not let it go to my head as I knew I was in a larger market than some of the others and they would probably do just as good, but did end up number one for years. I ended up getting his job and the owner was a rich kid whose daddy owned a newpaper. Alol I had to do to get the job was fire the other two sales reps, friends, one guy whose wife had had a baby two months berfore and the other lady was four months pregnant. When I told him I would not do that he had one of his well known company wide bully baby fits. Made a deal with the devil that I would have to fire them in 90 days if not inproved. Granted I could have done like the idiot manager and told them that the owner wanted me to fire them, but I just told them I was manager now and that if they needed help holler at me, if not just hve fun and i knew they could out sell anyone and that was that. Well they ended up in the top five. Ihad explained to the owner that they fired people too quick
He ended up hiring an outside general manager that wrecked the company, should have promoted fom inside, but he played games like many and had favorites, what a waste.
You may have to look this up but I remember an album by Savoy Brown called On the outside looking In. If you take life in that matter you will see that the situation is not worth bothering with and that pride my make you upset or it my just be an unhappy spirit trying to spread some of its unhappiness. Trust me life is too short to worry about stuff like that. You will find you can do more damage and help by letting it go and rationally understanding what is going on. Trust me there used to be times where I would want to rip someone up, but I figured out that it was me who was losing. Don't get me wrong if you are in a situation where you have to protect yourself do the best you can, but pick it on Your terms not theirs. Instead of doing that you could be putting $10 a week in a 5% bearing savings account and in twenty years have a fortune or writing an article and submitting it to a magazine and picking up several thousand or a PT job and meet the love of your life. In the long run you'll find that people will tell you they feel the same way and you will end up with many more alliances. I can still see the little guy looking in the window on that album cover so try and see a picture of it. If you are on the outside looking in, then you got the whole picture to eyeball. Also if you break up with someone give it abut a month because it may not have been meant to be and you will meet someone better.

Another take. We used to mover all over when I was a kid and i ended up target practice at all the new schools.. One time this little bitty guy that didn't speak English was being picked on and I knew it would bring trouble but I steeped in and told them to leave him alone. Never know that kid may have moved back to his country and be a big shot now and be able to avert war. Remember "what goes around comes around". And trust me I am not the greatest, but hope you can learn from some of the things I have been through. Take care!
