why did nelly say "its getting hot in here, so take of all your clothes" when he could have just said "Its getting hot in here, take of all your clothes"????????

it goes with the beat and rhythmic pattern of the song, and it's probably just his natural flow, how it came out, nothing really thought about.

Also, the so could imply, Just do it, like being more carefree about it!

Lol I don't mean to be to correct but it's actually 'off' :) but anyway saying take off all your clothes without knowing what he is saying could kind of sound like a demand or sort of it's hot so take them off,but the use of 'so' makes it sound more polite and optional as in it's getting hot that it would be better to take off your clothes.
