The one used by the people who answer the phone when you need help with your computer,or technology you don't understand. I can't understand them & they get mad ! It sounds like a bunch of mixed up jumble.

Jamaican because of the dialect. dont get me wrong I love Jamaicans, and going there for vacation but I always have some trouble, especially when they talk fast.

but if a had to choose i would say someone from the Virgin Islands especially when they talk fast
