I left my ping pong table out in the rain last night and now the table is all messed up. It curved in on both sides so its like to letter u's
sort of like this ( ) but horizontally. Is there a way to fix this wood deformation?

Can't think of anything that would straighten it back out. The wood fibers have swollen. It would take steam heat and pressure to get them back down.......if they'd even go down.

You need to rewet the table (not soaked, just damp), put it on a hard, flat surface and then place a sheet of 4 x 8 plywood on top of it. On top of the plywood you need to stack everything you can find that is heavy. Leave it like this for 2-3 days and it should be fixed. I did this with an old ping pong table and it worked very well.

I'm assuming that the wood is particle board...

Not sure if it will work, but you can try this:

Get 2 sheets of plywood 3/8" or thicker if the wood is still a little wet lay the plywood on top of the table 1 sheet on each side. If the wood is now dry you will probably have to get it wet again, to prevent the wood from breaking.

try screwing some 2x4,s to the under side of it, [screw thru the top down into the 2x4, ]
useing c-clamps to pull it down on the 2x4
