If I have 70K and want to buy shares of a penny stock($0.9a share) which will give me 77777 shares...will that raise the stock price temporarily?if it does, can I then sell all of my shares?

Volume is key here. Check the volume (of a given stock) being traded daily. Stay clear of stocks trading less than half a million shares daily... or better yet, less than a million shares traded daily. This will ensure that you can sell when you want to sell.

And with less than $500K, you're not likely to affect the price of anything but a micro-cap stock.

Unless they have a very small number of outstanding shares it won't affect the price. Even if it did and then you tried to sell them, what you'd get is what someone else was willing to pay for them - you don't just get the last price shown at the time you put in the sell order.

no it wont because there r huge number of stock trading and many traders like u holding big number of stocks
