It depends on the coffee. Usually it's 1 sugar in the raw and a splash of coffee mate.

I like to take a splash of non-fat milk and some sugar-free hazelnut coffee mate powdered creamer.

I'm one of those strange folks. I put 4 to 5 Splendas in a mug of coffee and a ton of cream. Basically, I like a little Coffee with my Cream & Splenda.
And if it's still too hot to drink, I put in an ice cube.

It depends on the coffee. I always add some sort of creamer, and I add sugar if it's crappy coffee and the creamer isn't sweetened and flavored. Good coffee doesn't need sugar.
