Phone Contract Salesman.
=====================
Would suit aggressive Male in early twenties.. Technical or Secondary Education a disadvantage. Training will be given. An ability to learn fast without asking questions would be a distinct advantage.

You will be required to work for a pittance of a basic salary with Commission set at a level where to earn enough to live on you will work from 6am to 7pm (8 pm on weekdays).

Your job is selling new Contracts to existing and competitors customers (whose names and numbers have been obtained by searching the dustbins outside their HQ). When we run out of known numbers, our Computer will dial numbers at random and you will have to pretend to know who you are talking too.

The following Incentive scheme exists = every month the 10% of Sales staff with the lowest number of sales will be fired.

Our 18 month and 2 year minimum Contracts will be presented as 'one Year with an option to extend' with Payment Protection and Accidental Damage Insurance included in the direct debit charges from month one. By law you must give customers 14 days 'cooling off' period so we will train you how to inform them of this Right and quote a 20 digit reference number that you will tell them only once just before hanging up at the conclusion of the deal.

Customer Contracts Help Desk Staff
============================
Would suit recent arrival from non-Eu Country with limited command of English. Ability to operate Computer equipment a disadvantage. Training will not be given (so keep a copy of this asdvertisment).

You will be working from an office with 120 other people, who, if asked, all give the same name, "Leslie Jones" operating our 'Customer Help Desk' which is priced at £1 per minute.

To avoid any possibility of confusion, be aware that "Leslie Jones" is never available, however you will be expected to spend at least 5 minutes pretending to look for him/her should any Customer ask for him/her by name. Before assisting the Customer with anything , ask for the 20 digit Contract reference Numnber and spend at least 5 miniutes saying 'sorry, not recognised, can you say that again '

Initially you will be expected to handle two calls simultaneously, advancing to 4 within the first month of starting. You will NOT have access to our billing systems - in fact you will not even hjave a computer terminal (be aware that only the Sales Staff have such access and only for the purpose of entering details of new Direct Debits)

You may cut Customers off when they have finished explaining their problem or as soon as they use the word 'Cancelation'. Should they ring back, you must make them explain everything again. Any Customer who demands to speak to your Supervisor should be kept awaiting for at least 10 minutes before you forwarded to any randomly selected Salesman..

Your pay will be based on the ammount of time spent keeping Customers on the phone.
