I met my lovely Filipina wife from So. Leyte through Sunshine International (Home office in Hawaii). All the ladies listed with them are ready to start good relationships. I think that meeting a filipina is fairly easy. You have many options. Which options you choose is really up to you and your particular circumstances.
One option you can choose to find a filipina is thru an online service such as:

Another option is to be introduced to one by a mutual friend. And the last option that I can think of is that you can go and visit the Philippines (visit places like Baguio, Makati, Davao, and Cebu).

Why specifically looking for a Filipina to be your girlfriend? Why not just look for a girlfriend (regardless of ethnicity) full stop.
* Yes why exactly are you looking for a Filipina? It just seems that you're more in the lines of shopping for a girlfriend than actually looking for love.

Well PT, I think the best place is of course the Philippines. Not just anywhere though, find a nice country girl in the provinces. One with good values.

well, you could find your girlfriend through on-line, if you want to, like friendfinder, or friendster or myspace, or maybe here in YA!P, etc... or you could go to states like California, and Hawaii... you'll meet a lot of Filipinas...or you could go to the Philippines directly...
