its a scam! Big time! I would call the Better Business Bereau! I even did a research and talked to the head guy that was issueing the winnings. By Law if you are told you won they can must reward you first (recieve winnings) then you can pay the fees after you recieve your earnings.

It is absolutely a scam, and a pretty common scam at that. For future reference, you cannot win a lottery if you didn't enter it.

They are telling you you will have to pay some kind of processing fee before receiving your prize and you will see nothing from them ever again.

its a fraud and i know of a women who tried to cash the check and now her bank is taking her to court.
