that they send them into combat under equipped and under trained? keep them fighting perpetually, shortening their home rest periods and extending their tours in battle zone? cutting their benefits, and treating them like ....sorry worst than animals in government hospitals?
and why do far right wingers accuse brave americans of treason who come to the defense of our brave soldiers and their families?

I AM a soldier and a "right-winger" as is 80% of the military.
We SOLDIERS do not see you as "brave Americans" we see as giving AID AND QUARTER to our enemy.
We do not NEED you to defend us AND, if we did, we wouldn't want it to be in THAT manner.
It's OUR JOB to defend YOU!!
NO ONE made us sing up, we did it to SERVE OUR COUNTRY.
Our benefits have increased steadly after Billy Boy left Office. He systematically dismantled our military and cut funding left and right.
Our VA hospitals, while not perfect, are not ALL bad. In fact, the majority are pretty top notch. You know of ONE, Walter Reed, which DOES need help, but others are just fine. You REALLY should ask veterans their opinions on this before assuming.
We ARE NOT UNDER TRAINED. We are the most effective and well trained military in the world.
While we WOULD LIKE to be home longer, MOST of us realize that we have a job to do and LIBS LIKE YOU are certainly not going to do it.
You speak from a position that lacks experiance. I suggest you sign up, live the life for a few years, see some combat, and then speak as if you knew what you were talking about.

Not right-wingers but Republicans. With 10 BILLION dollars a month (money spent in Iraq) we can sure as hell protect our borders. Bush is already looking to start war with other countries. Just because we like the government system we have, does not give us the right to tell other countries how to run their government.

-Clinton's cutting of the funding for VA hospitals
-Hillary and Nancy Pelosi voting AGAINST troop funding
