Check the label on the dryer sheets and make sure they have the pet-safe label.

It is reccomended that you use the hair dryer on the cat instead of the laundry dryer, it is really good for bonding with your pet. but when you just don't have that kind of time you should use the pet friendly dryer sheets or even use the detergent with the softener in it.

I don't think the drier sheets would be a very good idea because of the chemicals in the drier sheets. Your cats could become sick when they groom themselves.Maybe you should call the Vet and ask Him?Her? There could be something the Vet could give you for the static. I am pretty sure the Vet would agree with me about the chemicals though.

If the kity can survive the dryer, the dryer sheets should be no problem. Have you tried a little conditioner in the washing machine?

I dried a cat in the dryer wants, funny thing she did not live through it, I don't think it was the dryer sheet that killed her, I really think she got tired of running. Not a joke it really happed.

I know what you are saying. I don't believe they would be toxic. It's going to be trial and error here. Buy a small box of a well know brand and try it once. That way if it fails, you would have only spent so much money. Good luck.
