I'm not. I believe the smartest person alive would be Marilyn Voss Savant. By smartest, I mean she has the highest recorded IQ.

Because I am a sneaky ninja-like tickler. I can sneak up on anyone and make them shriek by tickling them when they least suspect it.
And because I can converse about almost any topic and feel fairly well informed about it.
