Meth is one hell of a drug. Once you start using, it's very hard to stop. You crave it for years after you stop using it. I've used it a few times and I can tell you the high is great. You feel like your bullet proof. You can have sex for hours at a time. You think you can fix anything. You can stay up for 3 days at a time. I'm sorry about your sister. I heard it's more addictive to girls than it is for boys. I know about the coming down part too. That's when the monster really comes out, things get thrown and feelings get hurt. It's really sad and I wish the best to you and your sister. I hope she cleans up before it's too late. Hopefully she's not shooting it. I hear that's the most intense way to use it. If she's snorting it, it should be easier for her to get off it. If she's smoking it, then it's gonna be a lot harder. Once people start shooting a drug, They're gonna need all their will power and then some to get off it.

I'm really sorry to hear that! My neice is in prison now, she's only 24. She has been addicted to meth for quite some time. She got real skinny and had sores all over. I really thought her face would end up scarred, but luckily it didn't. She's a beautiful girl, really talented, but has fallen prey to this drug. The sores are caused from all the crap that is in meth, meth comes out through your pores & causes bad places.

Anyway, she is in prison but is taking college courses while she's in there. She knows she has screwed up and has also said that she just couldn't quit. She has even said that she's scared to be out of prison now, but she's not getting out for another year and hopefully will be strong enough to handle life.

Dont alot of celebs use this stuff? I guess I wonder the same thing. Why do people use meth and a number of otehr drugs that exist? My brother always knew the consequesnces of crack, yet at 26 he just became addicted to it. Weird man. And to top it all off, he use to sell it! I dont know. I jus ttry to worry about myself.

I couldn't see the faces it would not let me in. I know what you mean. I have a cousin who was very addicted(family disowned her for years) and she served jail time and everything. Now after all these years she is fine.
(family talks to her now) They have to want to stop for themselves not for anyone else. (sometimes they have to hit rock bottom before they pick themselves up) Drugs of any kind are addicting and people become dependent on them and can't function without them.

Good luck to you and your sister!!

They want to feel good.
Modern society is pushing the belief that God is Not!
Life is pointless to just about everyone nowadays.
We live to pay taxes to make the rich richer.
Meth is just a new face to a old problem!

It's addicting, I've used it once & am lucky I didn't get hooked (I had "speed" all night while on a jobsite, it makes coffee look bad) your sister may need drug therapy if it get's serious.

Correct your web site...says URL not found. The main way to help is NOT be an enabler i.e. give them money or drive them where they can get it. Until they decide themselves to get their shite together, no one can help them. Always be supportive of their efforts to quit.
