I am curious to know so I can get a jumpstart of the visitation process for my child.

Until the child is born, there can be no court orders dealing with said child since the child is not a separate being.

You'll need to establish paternity. That can be done before birth, through amniocentesis, but there is a risk to the mother and the unborn fetus, so a doctor probably wouldn't do it just to establish paternity. In addition, the man doesn't have to comply with paternity testing until ordered by a court.

That means you have to wait until a live birth occurs.

You can have the paperwork all filled out and ready to be filed. As soon as the child is born, head to court and file the paperwork.

Sure. It is included in the Child Support records. The visitation rights will be stated in the paperwork. Problem is, the Child Support will probably not be determined until the child is born due to any complications or adverse health of the child.
