I need to know where I can find a site showing if I need a permit or what I need to do to build a tomb (for lack of better word or knowledge on the subject) on MY OWN PROPERTY for family use. I want one big enough to put my mother, father and possibly me, when the time comes for us, but need to know what steps to take in order to do so. Thank you and no dumb answers please.

I think that nowadays there are restrictions on where you can bury humans.
Before you get too enamored of this idea you should check with your local health or police or cemetery department to see if they will laugh you out of town for even trying.

You'll need to check with local regulations - probably governed by your County. I'm willing to bet that you'd need to have a special zoning permit for such a purpose (and you're likely not going to get it). I'm guessing you'd need to prove that your land will be set up to handle perpetual care.
I'd contact a funeral director, they'd know the right channels to explore. Don't think doing on your own land will save you any money - it won't (I can tell you that much).
You make the error in saying it's "your own property" - you only have exclusive rights to the property - but that doesn't mean you can do whatever you want. Try not paying your property taxes or live in an area where they want to build a new road - you'll find out really quick who own the land.

Sorry, I misread your question, at first glance I thought you were asking about building a bomb. I think that even if it is on your property your neighbors and the zoning board would object. I do not know how old you are and if you have any other family but even if you could the resale value of your property would be 0. Why not have it stated in each of your wills that you want to be cremated, and then either bury the ashes or spread them on your property

You would probably be best to either go to the court house (city hall) of your city and ask what the procedure (If any) would be (It may not be allowed, even on your own land), or even better get a lawyer to get the infomation for you so the proper documents can be filled out and filed if it is allowed. Good luck to you.

You will most likely not be allowed to. You need to check with your local city hall and see if a permit is available first. If one is you will need to consult a mason to help construct the family crypt.

Why would you want to make the property "unsellable" in the future? Local ordinances would probably prohibit this.

just call the local city council and ask about it, I would not give a name just in case they think you about to do something crazy you know.
