This would be a chemical change because you should be causing some sort of reaction. Physical properties are readily observable, like; color, size, luster, or smell. Chemical properties are only observable during a chemical reaction.

Solid salt and silvernitrate will be a physical change assuming that atmosphere is dry so that salt does not absorb moisture from it and react with silver nitrate. In aquesous solution, there will be a chemical reaction resulting in heavy white precipitate of silver chloride.
