If a person employed through the Kerala PSC is dismissed from / resigns from his job in a certain category and department , is he eligible to apply for other posts under the Kerala PSC (in a different category and department). Please quote any website if available where details may be found.

Always remember the basic rule in all such cases is the ground on which a employee has been dismissed from any job in any PSC,if the dismissal is based on the basis of any disciplinary inquiry & result of this inquiry was that such employee was found not fit for such PSC employment for reasons that his or her employment was against the rules & regulations of any PSC employment or his or her conduct/working was against the PSC employment then whatever category for his or her previous employment in any PSC such disqualification on the basis of which he or she was dismissed shall always remain a disqualification for any future job to any category/any department in any PSC service. This disqualification if has been challenged in the court of law & a suitable judgment/order has been obtained in the favor of the employee & the court has held such disqualification on the basis of which the employee was dismissed was not in existence & such dismissal was illegal & unconstitutional in nature, then only such a employee can seek a fresh employment in any PSC & such disqualification will not be taken against him or her for employing him or her for any category or department in any PSC. As far resignation is concerned the reason for resignation from any category or department in any PSC should not be such that the chance of again resigning from another category or department on the same reason of any PSC exists. In simple words the reason for which one employee left a job in a PSC of any category or department will be taken in consideration at the time of any new job in another category or department of any PSC. The reasons for previous dismissal or resignation are the most important issues which are always considered by the employer at the time of employment of any employee whether in PSC or any job category any where in India.
