The simply answer to your question is allow the contract to expire without buying a house.

You can also make as much trouble for them as possible without doing anything illegal.

Call the agency that govern real estate agents and real estate brokers in your country. Call the Better business bureau in your country as well as write these same bureaus complaining about this company, agent and broker.

Do this several times or about 2 times a month.

Write a letter to them explaining that you are not pleased with their services, asking to be released from the contract you have signed, do this about 2-3 times per month.

This might caused them to release you from your contract. I have been successful with this method.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

I had a similar problem with my agent in the United States. In the Us, because of the contract I couldn't fire him without giving him a percentage of the purchase, either. I ended up staying with him and reporting the company to the better business bureau. they now have a bad rating that anyone can see.
Contact a Lawyer! I wish I had. Maybe you can sue them for breach of contract or something. I don't know how it works in Canada

Your itemizing settlement ought to have an expiration date and whilst it does expire, do no longer re-record with an identical real assets Agent she has no longer shown herself to you. bypass with your real assets chum and basically sign a settlement for 6 months no longer a million 12 months as maximum real assets brokers pick you to do. you are able to promote you abode your self and a good style of the time properties do no longer sell do to the value being too extreme. In my community the residences have been listed thank you to extreme and that i informed my pals promoting there abode to drop the value basically 1000 money decrease then what all the different abode have been promoting for contained domestically and the abode bought interior each week. superb needs and chuffed abode promoting.
