Report them for what?

The Better Business Bureau would be a good place to start. If you suspect or have been the victim of online fraud or a scam, the FBI has a site where you can file a report.

I had this before, here are the procedures to follow,

1- Allow enough time for Delivery and consider all the possibilities for it being delayed.

2- If still not delivered, contact them asking for a REFUND, don't mention that you still want the product, because you will just give them more time to play and not sending it to you. don't forget to be calm, not rude, formal and SERIOUS, and do not forget to keep records of everything you do.

3- if item still not delivered, contact their online transaction provider supplying with all evidence you got, you can find their details in their website in the payment page. again don't forget to make records.

4- still no progress? then contact your card issuer supplying them with all evidences and records you got, they will contact them and finally deal with it.

My advice is, if you still need that item to use, go and purchase it from another repeatable seller, don't wait till you get the refund, because this process takes some time.

you can contact your local trading standard but they will not be as help full as the what I mentioned before, because they will only act once they receive certain amount of complaints

don't forget to report this website and feed it back so other can benefit and avoid them.

and always remember before you buy: research then research then buy.

Good Luck!
