Apple trees grown from seed do not produce a tree that is true to type. If you really want a Fuji, you need to buy a tree. They sell them online at starkbros.com. You need to plant other varieties near by for cross pollination. They are supposed to grow in zones 5-8, so you should be ok.

as Be Ann said... all apples trees are grafted... seeds will not produce an apple of the type we are used to eating....and you also do need to buy at least 2 apple trees... they need to cross pollinated...and make sure you find out if Fuji is an early, mid, or late season bloomer... and that the other apple is close to the same blooming time...also, check the growing zone for that type of apple.. they may not even grow in your area... search the web for your counties extension agent.... University of Kansas (your) county extension... they will have all the info you need about growing anything in your county/state

My dear, keep drinking water. Don't you know? Preventing the seeds from sprouting is like abortion!!! You have life inside of you!!! Don't do it! You will go to Hell!!! I pray to Jesus, you will not abort those precious baby apple seeds.
